If BN wants to see the people vote for it in the next GE, the wisdom is, dissolve the Perak Assembly and hold a fresh election. Stop smearing the constitution and also the courts of law. BN, please take heed of this. The people have said enough. NTv7 Poll tells everything.
Fresh elections should be held for the 3 constituencies at the least because the 3 kataks have effectivel resigned, ie effective when they jumped ship, as were shown by their undated letter of resignation. To me their letters of resignation though undated, were contracts undertaken at the time when they were selected by PR to stand for the elections, and one of the conditions of the contract was that they have to vacate their contituencies upon hopping to another party. To say that the letters were signed under duress does not hold water as all contracts will contain conditions that have to be agreed to before a deal could go through. In failing to acknowledge the letter of resignation which they have signed, shows they have no integrity and therfore not fit to hold the high office they were elected to….
The BN should be rational now and avoid damaging further their image as an usurper by handing power back to the rakyat to seek a new mandate
